WellSpan Health

FCHA partners with WellSpan Health to provide vaccination clinics to our residents and participants such as the mobile clinic for COVID-19 vaccines, in person COVID-19 vaccines at WellSpan sites as well as on site health screenings at FCHA. WellSpan Health also does on site programs at FCHA such as Summer Safety presentations, healthy food cooking sessions, Get Fit Now program and more!

Healthy Franklin County 

FCHA also partners with WellSpan Health's local committee Healthy Franklin County to bring programs on site such as the walking parties 'Happy Feet', as well as Food Security and Community Engagement programs that encourage physical activity and nutrition. Keystone Health 

FCHA partners with Keystone Health to provide vaccination clinics to our residents and participants such as the mobile clinic for COVID-19 vaccines, in person COVID-19 vaccines at Keystone sites as well as on site COVID-19 vaccinations. Keystone Health also provides Outreach Enrollment to our residents and participants, assists with obtaining resources and other health testing. Keystone Health sponsored a Resistance Band Chair Exercising program for our residents as well.

YMCA

FCHA partners with the YMCA to provide discounts on Y memberships, financial aide for membership as well as youth, teen and adult fitness programs. The YMCA also assists with the delivering of nutritional food to our residents and participants signed up for the Helping Hands Food Delivery Program. United Healthcare

FCHA partners with United Healthcare to provide 'Bingo and Benefits', a fun, interactive way to learn about healthcare benefits. UHC also provides many pop up events to educate our residents and participants on obtaining supplemental insurance for those with Medicare & Medicaid. Healthy Communities Partnerships

FCHA partners with Healthy Communities Partnerships to provide referral and on site Freedom from Smoking classes. HCP also provides our residents and participants with other interactive health and wellness programming at HCP. You can view more by visiting their website at HCPFranklinPA.org
