Pursuant to the provisions of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 24 CFR Part 903, et.al. 5 Year Plan and Annual Plan. Notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Housing Authority has prepared the 2026 Annual Plan. The Annual Plan is available for public review and inspection effective 11-21-2025. A public hearing will take place to discuss the 2026 Annual Plan on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at 436 West Washington Street, Chambersburg, PA.
